Private dock, not a deeded footpath
This listing is a lakefront home with a private dock on the lot. The public launch is 0.6 miles (Petty’s Bayou / N Fruitport Road). Bring the boat, or rent locally. We do not list kayaks with the house.
Swimming: Spring Lake can weed up by the dock in midsummer. Plan sandy swims for Grand Haven State Park. Airbnb’s “private beach access” means a nearby beach, not sand in the backyard.
