Spring (Apr–May)
Quiet water, pre-summer fishing. Bass and pike start moving. The house is a shoulder season lodge with heat still on.

Spring Lake, Michigan · ~1,000-acre all-sports lake
This is a lakefront home with a private dock on the lot. Not a deeded-access house down the street. Public launch about 0.6 miles. Fish by season. Ice only when it’s actually safe.
Listing copy and the photos agree: waterfront with a private dock, huge deck, lower patio, large yard. Aerials show the dock reaching into Spring Lake from this property. Bring boats; we do not include kayaks.
Airbnb lists “private beach access” as a nearby beach guests can use — not a sandy beach on this lot. What this property has is a private dock on Spring Lake. Grand Haven State Park and the South Pier lighthouses are a 10–15 minute drive.
Midsummer guests have found the water by the dock weedy. Treat this as a dock-and-deck lake house, and take sandy swimming to Grand Haven State Park (10–15 minutes).

Quiet water, pre-summer fishing. Bass and pike start moving. The house is a shoulder season lodge with heat still on.
All-sports lake: ski, tube, fish mornings. Panfish, bass, pike. Launch 0.6 miles if you need the ramp.
Fall feed is real. Winter: ice only if thickness and current allow. Grand River steelhead/walleye as the backup plan.
